Often people require just a some specific support or just general support in finishing a project or purchase support valid for multiple sites. GWS-Desk provides this ad-hoc support on non Joomla core issues (this is resolved with Emergency Assists!)
If you are stuck with issues suchs as (for examples):

and you don't want to subscribe to a service package for a single site you can get your support with hourly support. You purchase a batch of 2 general non-core support hours. (Value US$ 160) If we need more time we will tell you and you can pourchase additional hours. The GBill system is applicable but for unlimited # site support we charge in blocks of 1/2 hours instead of 15 minutes. Non used support time remains available for future support
