How does your GBill System works?

You purchase a Bill package from our site. Upon receipt of confirmation by our merchant 2Checkout, your account will be created and a welcome email immediately send. The system is an online based Ticket system and runs entirely secure SSL. You can find the system here.

Tickets are being created (first new ticket only!) Online. Afterwards you can respond per email. The allocated and spend GBills (tickets) are visible once you are logged in and you will be able to see which GBills are used for what tickets and support you have requested. The packages are explained through the links you find in the menu in top.
