What are your rates in our currency?
Hard to say for us based on your location and currency to use but we believe you find the Currency Converter on http://www.xe.com very useful to get an answer to your question!
What are your support requirements? What you need from us?
We need full site (super admin), ftp and Control Panel access to be able to provide the services required. A control panel can be Plesk or Cpanel or equivalent. Please review our Privacy Statement for your peace of mind!
I do not see a Paypal button and wish to pay with PP?
Our merchant 2Checkout provides the facity to pay with either your Credit Card or through their Paypal merchant link. This means that you can pay us from your Paypal account as well!
Do you develop or host sites?

Do you have a money back guarantee?
No, We spend time to resolvea and depend too much on external factors such as accessibility, hosting setup etc to warrant for a money back
Do you support Mambo powered sites or can you help to migrate?
We do no longer provide service to Mambo powered sites as per 1st July 2009. Joomla is simply a better product so we do advise you to upgrade to Joomla! You can request a free quote to migrate from Mambo! This is in principle not difficult at all and depends mostly on the Extensions being used whether they can be reused with Joomla or that replacements are needed. Replacements and upgrades of Extensions are not part of our GWS-Desk Mambo Migration Package but can be performed after analysis and subsequenly agreement on fees for our efforts.
Do you provide Services Only for by GWS developed sites?
No, definitely No! We serve per date over 5,400 websites on daily basis from which around 880 are sites developed by our company. We have assisted over 19,000 support requests which also covers support for phpBB3, G2, Virtuemart, Chatboxes, etc

What is a GWS-Webmaster?
A GWS-Desk Webmaster is person who manages a Joomla based website; mediator between web authors and system administrator - ensures that applicable standards such as HTML validity and link liveness are met, optimizes the web architecture for navigability, takes editorial responsibility for the content, quality and style of the site; finds, creates and installs tools to create web content and check consistency; develops and enforces the house style; liaises with graphic artists; provides first level user support.
Do you support all Joomla versions?
Yes we serve all versions. J1.0/J1.5/J1.6 and forthcoming releases once they are Stable. We do not support Alpha/Beta or RC's
How does your GBill System works?
You purchase a Bill package from our site. Upon receipt of confirmation by our merchant 2Checkout, your account will be created and a welcome email immediately send. The system is an online based Ticket system and runs entirely secure SSL. You can find the system here.
Tickets are being created (first new ticket only!) Online. Afterwards you can respond per email. The allocated and spend GBills (tickets) are visible once you are logged in and you will be able to see which GBills are used for what tickets and support you have requested. The packages are explained through the links you find in the menu in top.
